If you are seeking a simple understanding of Lean, this course is the most basic of our online Lean courses, which takes you through the Lean introduction, the eight types of waste and the Principles of Lean.  It’s a good foundation to help you understand the foundation prior to applying the concepts.  If you would like a deeper dive, please check out our Lean Concepts and Tools online course, or consider the virtual instructor-led class that certifies you as a Lean Leader titled Certified Lean Kaizen Leader.
