This course teaches you how to collect and analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies and problems, pinpoint root causes, and implement solutions to greatly improve and control processes. Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

This course follows the disciplined Six Sigma DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) roadmap, providing a framework to define and scope and problem, collect and analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies and problems, pinpoint root causes, and implement solutions to greatly improve and control processes. In addition to teaching the complementary methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma, this course covers skills in leading teams through the process of change. It also includes material on brainstorming, innovation and the application of creative thinking techniques. Minitab statistical software package is used.
Courses are complete with engaging visual content and animated modules, as well as activities and real world case studies. Featuring a practical and applied focus, this online course includes training, quizzes and exams. Quizzes and exercises reinforce key learning points.
